Monuments Men and Women Foundation commissioned Brit Parks to write this poem in honor of the 75th Anniversary of WWII. It appeared in print in their coinciding publication.

Images, Monuments Men and Women Gallery,opened in 2023 in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. It replicates the salt mines the allies secreted artworks in to keep them hidden from the Nazi’s in WW II.
